We are a multidisciplinary architecture and design firm engaged in a spectrum of design projects and constantly evolving with innovation. Our current principal architect, Mr. Inder Arya, founded the firm in 2010 after having an industry experience of 7 years from US and India.


Our portfolio consists of a plethora of creative work including corporate interiors, business centers, cafes, institutions and plenty more. By applying innovation in construction technology and building material science, we derive distinction in our designs. Sustainable and cost-effective architecture is an integral part of the firm’s design philosophy.

IP Design Studio aims to produce trendy and economical architectural design solutions in accordance with clients’ requirements and goals. We continually align strong design principles with innovative solutions right from the inception of a project to its ultimate execution and delivery.

Our Story

The founding architect, Inder Arya, started his practice in 2002 with a small residence project. Fascinated with the construction technology and beauty of British Era brick buildings, he designed a house with thermal responsive walls, incorporated shell structures that used very minimal reinforcement steel bars, and even used clay pots in roof. The end product was a cost effective, low maintenance yet architecturally beautiful and unique adobe.

He continued to experiment with the style for next few projects. Anju, Co founder joined him in 2010 to set up IP Design Studio LLP and added a new dimension to the architecture style and firm's vision. The firm continually experiments with new materials, style, designs and trends to accommodate the demands of its ever growing clientele.
